DKV Piston Replacement Compressors

Global Parts Distributors (gpd) has designed a piston replacement compressor for the DKV rotary vane style compressor. The piston design helps to overcome the overheating issues that the DKV rotary vane style compressor was prone to. Unlike the DKV rotary vane compressor, gpd’s piston replacement compressor does not need an ambient (heat) switch. The electric clutch wire connector on gpd’s piston style compressor does not require any modifications. It is designed to plug into the vehicle’s wiring harness connector.
