2000-2002 Chevrolet Silverado Compressor Options: 6511414 and 6511396
There are two gpd compressor replacement options for a 2000-2002 Chevrolet Silverado due to a change in compressor style during production. There are key differences between these compressor styles that can be identified by looking at the hose mounts on the compressor.
- 6511396 will have one hose mount with a single bolt in the middle of the manifold at the end of the compressor.
- 6511414 will have two hose mounts and two separate hoses that mount in the middle of the compressor.
