Micro Pin Connector
As vehicle technology advances, many electronics are designed to be more compact. Many electronic A/C components fall under these design changes. The miniaturization of male micro pin connectors makes them more susceptible to damage. If care is not taken when connecting terminals together, the pins in these connectors may bend. This could interfere with the electric current to the compressor. If faced with this situation, disconnect the micro pin and check that the connecting pins are not bent.
