radiator quick connect fittings
gpd’s #2537C radiator for the 2001-2002 Chevy Silverado/Sierra 8.1 V8 Pickup will come equipped with 21 mm quick connect fittings. In the case that your transmission/engine cooler lines are not compatible with these fittings, gpd includes a set of 4 alternative 22.3 mm quick connect fittings with washers.

Depending on the size of your cooler lines, you may need to replace the original quick connect fittings on the #2537C radiator.

TOOLS NEEDED
· 1 1/4 in Wrench Always use eye protection Using a wrench, screw out the original fittings one at a time. If more than one fitting is taken out at a time, the cooler will fall down into the tank. Be sure to torque the newly replaced fittings to 29 ft/lbs.
